Annual 4-day Seminar hosted by the Vancouver Kyudo Club
- Dates: Friday April 3rd - Monday April 6th
- Location: Vancouver, Canada
- Cost: Around ~$240 USD if attending all 4 days, otherwise ~$75 per day. Lodging and food costs are separate, which we coordinate and share.
- Will feature Kyudo Renmei instructors from South Carolina.
Camp Fire Mountain All-Day Shooting
- Dates: Saturday April 25th
- Location: Mount Vernon, WA
- Cost: $40-$50 for rental fee & food/drink costs
- 9am-6pm duration, we will have lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks.
- Shooting is 28 meters. We will also have a 60 meter range.

Annual Summer Solstice 100 Shots
- Dates: Friday June 19th - Sunday June 21st
- Location: Lopez Island, WA
- Cost: $80-$100 /person for food and drinks. Ferry tickets separate.
- Lasts Friday-Sunday. Bring a sleeping bag!

IKYF North American Seminar + Shinsa (Canada)
- Dates: Monday August 17th - 19th, Shinsa on Thursday the 20th.
- Location: Richmond, BC, Canada
- Cost: Seminar fees ~$640 (+$70 if testing). Food, travel & lodging costs are separate.
- International Kyudo event, IKYF members attending from all around the world.

American Kyudo Renmei Seminar-Shinsa
- Dates: Early August 3-4 days, details TBD
- Location: Minnesota
- Cost: Estimated $700 for seminar, plus lodging, food, and travel
- Details such as cost and dates are still TBD.

Summer Solstice 100 Shots
- Dates: 6/14
- Location: Lopez Island
- Cost: $30 / person including Ferry ride, food, and drinks.
- Camping available for Saturday night for those who want to stay.

The 10th Asia-Oceania Kyudo Seminar
- Dates: 4/6 - 4/8
- Location: Nagoya, Aichi, Japan
- Cost: 30,000 yen for seminar plus shinsa fee, plus lodging, transportation, food is separate.
- Application deadline is February 3, 2025.
Vancouver Seminar with Aaron Blackwell Sensei
- Dates: 4/18 - 4/21, Easter weekend 4 days
- Location: Vancouver, Canada
- Cost: About $300 CAD (approx. $225 USD), plus lodging and food.
